The idea of DispenseDoc was brought to fruition because of a simple statistic stating that a startling “1 in 3 prescriptions goes unfilled at the pharmacy” read by our owner Chad Beene. As he dug deeper into the reasons behind this, he discovered that the two main mitigating factors were simply cost and convenience. We set out as a company to find a way to create a tool that physicians could use to help eliminate that issue because in the end, we realized that putting the pharmacy control back in the hands of the physician was the only way to make this work.
Fast forward 6 years and DispenseDoc is the country’s longest standing point-of-care dispensing company with a specific focus on commercial insurance along with workers comp and personal injury. During that time, we have developed an all-encompassing in-office dispensing program based on our extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the complexities that surround it. Our efforts culminated in a program that is convenient for your patients, while providing a steady stream of revenue for your practice.

Janelle Kreider
Janelle was pretty sure she’d be a pilot or architect when she grew up, but she landed in Marketing for a 13-year career. In early 2020, she ventured into the pharmaceutical industry joining the DispenseDoc team. Janelle currently oversees all the business operations for DispenseDoc and is looking forward to
championing company development in years to come.
CJ Kessler
The most important thing CJ learned before high school was that small acts of kindness can go a long way. He attended Muhlenberg and received a BA in Business Administration and entered the workforce at a Fortune 500 company in their Management Trainee program. CJ left Corporate America to join a small, startup business in 2014 which ultimately led him to help launch DispenseDoc in 2015.
Matt Hammond
The best advice Matt was given was to listen…At some point, people will tell you exactly what is important to them if you give them the time. Throughout his professional career, he honed the ability to be both a collaborator and leader. He demonstrated this as a pioneering member of the DispenseDoc team and is our foremost expert on contracting and credentialing.
Carly Cagle
Carly joined the DispenseDoc team in March 2019 as a Biller after spending 4 years in the medical billing field. She was elevated to an Account Manager in 2020 and oversees some of our most thriving practices. The most important thing Carly learned before high school was that it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile!
J. Paige Webb
With a BS in Animal Sciences, Paige is a proud graduate from Southern Illinois University. She also holds an AAS and Medical Insurance Coding Certificate from Rend Lake College. She joined the DispenseDoc team in September of 2019 as a biller and has advanced to an Account Manager. If she wasn’t so darn good at her job, she would probably be a veterinarian.
